Questions and Answers

How can I make sure of my goods arriving in the same condition?

We advise you to pack and protect your items as best as possible. This will limit the risk of damage. We also provide you with "Arrival" and "Departure" forms.

These documents must be completed and signed by the client and the carrier at the time of pickup and delivery. Using these documents is not mandatory, but is recommended to protect you in the event of experiencing any problems.

How and when is the payment proceeded?

After signing the contract it is required to make 10% prepayment; the rest of the amount shall be paid after the arrival of the truck at the loading point, however, the total amount must be paid before the goods are unloaded. Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer. Should you require an invoice, please inform your manager in advance.

What does the price for our services depend on? And how can you save money?

-  Firstly, the price depends on the volume and weight of the cargo (Either you need to move one box or a chair, or you require a complete move)

-  Secondly, the price depends on loading and unloading the cargo, either completely by our team, or by you. The same refers to the packing: we can provide everything for packing your cargo and do it for you, but if you want to save money, you can do it yourself.

-  Thirdly, the price depends on assembling and disassembling the cargo. The same system works here, as in the previous two items: if you do not want to spend time and to do it yourself, we can do it for you. However, if you want to save money you have to do it yourself.

- Fourthly, the location, floor, availability of the elevator for loading and unloading. For example, if you require loading from a private house where a truck can approach and proceed quickly with loading, the price will be lower. If it is an office or an apartment located on the fifth floor without an elevator, the price for this move will be higher, since the loading and unloading will take much more time and effort.

How can I refuse a transportation or a move?

You can contact the manager at his e-mail address, or by phone. However, in case we have signed a contract, the 10 percent deposit amount is not refundable.
